If anything is not specified in the newspaper then the best time to call is during business hours on weekdays that is between 9AM to 6PM. There is always a possibility that the landlord who was supposed to take the call may not be available at the time of making enquiry about the apartment. If the person needs to leave a message then he or she should speak slowly and clearly when leaving their name, address, phone number and best time to be called.
